With over 14 years of mining engineering and leadership experience, 4 years of geotechnical engineering experience and 4 years of manufacturing and ecommerce experience, Mr. Victor K. Mwaba is the ideal performance improvement practitioner, capable of aiding your mining operations to attain a higher level of performance, safely while reducing your carbon footprint of your operations.
Mr. Mwaba has mining industry experience from global mining companies such as Rio Tinto, Freeport McMoran, Carmeuse Lime and Stone and US Silica. His wide experience in the mining space ranges from a variety of commodities such as copper, boron, limestone and frac sand. Outside of the mining sector, Mr. Mwaba gained invaluable experience from global enterprises such as Amazon and Quincy Compressor, a subsidiary of Atlas Copco. Mr. Mwaba obtained his bachelors degree in mining engineering from South Dakota School of Mines in Rapid City, South Dakota, USA. Also, he obtained his masters degree from Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, Georgia, USA. Additionally, Mr. Mwaba is an American Society of Quality (ASQ) certified Six Sigma Black Belt practitioner.
